UC Berkeley Dwinelle Hall Annex
Complete renovation of the historic Dwinelle Hall Annex building, now the Creekside Center, on the UC Berkeley campus. Creekside Center is the new home for the University’s Disabled Students’ Program (DSP). With the completion of this project, for the first time in its 60-year history, DSP has a space that is specifically designed for the needs of its community. Through new structural work, new wood framing and siding, a new roof, new interiors, HVAC, elevator, and site improvements, Â鶹AV’s work created new office space and common meeting areas for DSP, in addition to making accessibility improvements throughout the building. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
