Maria Alicia Apartments
Â鶹AV performed renovations on this affordable housing complex, including 20 apartment common areas of a four-story building. The project’s scope included exterior work, abatement, accessibility upgrades, interior unit finish and design-build MEP upgrades, courtyard renovations, and the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels along the roof of the building. Â鶹AV self-performed insulation, rough framing, and finished carpentry.
